Inside the social and cultural aspect, it enriches with the relevance and display of an ancestral group of people who maintain their experiences and customs inherited by their ancestors like the incas, aymaras, chankas and waris, groups of people who maintain the old wisdom, holding a family and territorial unity feeling united by a great and sincere friendship, showing an attitude and a world vision based in dignity and responsibility. This values are based as a society.

This great forgotten and denied nation has a rich folkclore, in ways like cultivating the land, breed animals, building houses and comunities as in the way to adorn life with an esthetic  sober and balanced concept that is showed in their fabrics and handcrafts, also in their festivities, which are based in their cosmogonic and religious conception, for this are  festivities and worship at the same time, the ones that have been changed and mutilated by the colony impact, but in this oportunity are still underlying inviting us to their recognition and insertion into the system with all the respect that any culture decerves, taking care not to change this concepts, that are the uphold and the reason of it’s  permanence and existence.

The hegemony that until these days exerts the european society through it’s political and religious structure, continues extinguishing  to this group of persons.
We also have a huge forgotten monumental wealth full of hystory in different archeological places such as:  Qewincha in Mara, Markapuchunko in Challwawacho, Qolqa and Maukallaqta in Cotabamba, Qaqa Carcel and Qoña Unko in Haquira, Qoyllorurmana in Qoyllurki and others.
